Every house should have their foundations engineered.  Soils test by a reputable engineer should be obtained and given to a structural engineer to guarantee your home is sound and stable for years to come.  Unless you are in a rural county, most cities require foundation engineering.  We can order your foundation engineering from a reputable engineer that meets your needs.

Most cities will also require structural engineers to do bracewall plans and engineered roof plans.  

In an effort to keep your home's foundation stable, proper drainage and graded properly, we recommend a good civil engineer.  Most cities will also require a drainage plan when permitting.

Most cities require a "mech check".  This is where your plans and checked for compliance with local energy standards.  Your windows, doors, walls, roof and insulation all create an energy rating.  Cities have a minimum rating that you will need for permitting.  

Before you can have a foundation design, you will need to have a soil analysis done on your property where the placement of your home will go.   A licensed civil engineer will be needed.

After we design your Exclusive and unique home, we can order all of the proper engineering and testing that you are required to do or that you wish to do.  For a small fee, we will take care of it so you or your builder does not have to.  With the engineering complete, bids from builders should be more accurate.
